Frankfurt, September 20, 2019 – HERMES & GIEBELER Rechtsanwälte advised a welfare and social institution on the sale of a nursing home with almost 60 places and 60 employees to an operator of about 20 nursing homes, assisted living apartments and ambulatory care services in five federal states in Germany. In addition, several land plots were sold on which the purchaser will construct new buildings for social facilities.
