Frankfurt, June 2024 –HERMES & GIEBELER Rechtsanwälte advised Blue Holding GmbH on the spin-off and acquisition of the fuel cap business from MAGNA Energy Storage Systems GmbH by way of an MBO.

In the fuel cap business, components and modules like fuel, oil, radiator and SCR caps, SCR systems, fuel and charge flap modules and plastic filler heads are developed and produced.
