Frankfurt, 14 August 2020 –HERMES & GIEBELER Rechtsanwälte advised the sole shareholder on the sale of his shares of MEC2 GmbH to livehoreca24 Beteiligungs GmbH.

MEC2 GmbH is a manufacturer of modular and portable live cooking furniture for the catering industry which is based on a Baukasten system thus allowing to implement individual F&B concepts in a most efficient way. MEC2 GmbH distributes its products worldwide to hotels, catering and event businesses.

livehoreca24 Beteiligungs GmbH is part of a group which also manufactures and distributes equipment for the hotel, catering and event industry. It will broaden and complete its product range by the acquisition of MEC2 GmbH.
